It was none other than the 2009 Spring Coffee Shop Jam, at The Columbia City Theater in Seattle, WA. It's a recital for guitar and music students, young and old. I think maybe it's the kid's parents who may be responsible for the hair, the shirt, the stickers, etc. And you know, maybe the kid loves the man in black?
Remember, Bill, everyone isn't diametrically opposed to country music.
I said nothing about country music - other than the simplistic construction of the musical form. The same goes for a bunch of rock n roll and the blues.
Seeing this kid recalls the Benet girl - all twisted into something unnatural.

"I shot a man in Reno just to watch him die"
Oh, goodness me...
Must be proof of the simplicity of that kind of music.
Totally strange - the hair, the t-shirt, the guitar with stickers and, of course, having a child sing that song.
