The Future
Do you remember Miss Spider? She was beautiful and so busy catching insects in her web.
One day, a suitor came calling. I couldn't get a clear picture due to his strumming. Males pluck and strum the web as they approach the female. It's not a sexy dance they're doing. It just keeps them from being eaten.
They lingered there together for a short time. One day, he disappeared. Then...she followed suit.
Oh, but look what she left for us! Here is the future wrapped up in a nice, tidy little package and it's hanging beneath my front porch.
