Destiny Or Accidental-Like

“I don’t know if we each have a destiny, or if we’re all just floating around accidental-like on a breeze, but I think maybe it’s both.” Forrest Gump

Sporting It

We had our first T-ball practice this evening. Oh, it was a hoot. If the cold had not limited my ability to laugh, I might have split my sides!

Joe kept his hands in his pockets the majority of practice. I was critical of that until I realized the dad next to him talked on his cell throughout practice.

The Voices In My Head: "Joe's hands were probably just cold. We don't see your butt out there so you better lighten up."

And there's always that one kid who can't stay out of your shot.

Finally! An action shot! I didn't get any of him running the bases because he still refuses to run. In his defense, he didn't go around on tip-toe this time and he did "fast walk" like those people at the mall. You know, the ones with the jabbing elbows...

We had a good time. Sam had a good time. That's really all that matters.

It was one of those bright and shiny days.
