Who Am I?

I am loved.
I am talented and lazy.
I am 40 years old.
I am afraid of boats with motors.
I fall like a sparrow, fly like a dove.
I sort my potato chips before eating them.
I work as a modern day Florence Nightingale.
I have offspring aged seventeen, ten and eight years old.
I live in the Deep South, in my childhood home. We call it "The Calmpound".
I am married to a guy with lightning in his shoulder and business on his mind.
When the going gets tough, I tell jokes or turn to the bottle.
I'd rather be alone with a book than crowded by humans.
I have the ugliest feet known to man.

I'm afraid the damage has already been done.
I overlook the middle ground.
I shrug and smile.

I believe in... "the fight, struggle, rise, then crashing defeat, redemption and triumph, the stop and start over, ups and downs moving like waves of frequency. Sometimes the shifting phases cancel each other out; that's when you question who you are.

If you get the right answer, you ride lightning..."

As always,
