• Send Sam to T-ball game with Joe. Refuse to go along. 
  

• Spend inordinate amount of time showering and scrubbing dead skin from body.
  

• Fuss with hair. Admire the grey. Give it a pep talk.  Put on make-up then squinch up eyes to get a handle on what lines have been doing since checking on them last.
  

• Wear cute hippie shirt with cool Peruvian necklace (from yard sale)... not to be outdone by the snazzy old lady shoes (from wal-mart).
  

• Dress Zoe in matching "Goodwill chic" hippie attire with sun hat and Monkey backpack (Read: leash).
  

• Attempt to look around at Market Days, downtown, on the square, while preventing Zoe from meeting with certain death in the street. (Read: yanking leash).

Zoe loves samples! No doubt about it. Zoe ate so many of the nice lady's tortilla chips and bits of biscuit with apple butter, I felt it was only fair to buy some of this tasty salsa. IT WAS FIVE WHOLE DOLLARS! That's a hefty price tag for a jar of salsa no one but me will eat.



It's all Zoe's fault and I hope she accepts full responsibility for spoiling the budget.
